(mats & straps available for sale at classes), a bottle
of drinking water, a positive attitude & a friendly smile!
Classes are designed for all age groups and both sexes. A
comprehensive health history is recorded for each client and
classes are small and personal, enabling us to care for your needs
and physical limitations. |
