Initially I was a little nervous thinking that I wouldn’t keep up with her, but I was put completely at ease with Julie’s beautiful caring teaching style. I was challenged and I pushed myself to a level I normally wouldn’t otherwise go and Julie was there to guide me through it all. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or self conscious being the only student. It was a great chance for me to ask questions and have my poses corrected – something I wouldn’t normally ask in a regular class. Whilst having a bit of a laugh and not taking ourselves too seriously I was certainly given a personalised session to suit my needs and abilities. Julie is so down-to-earth, genuine and a great at what she does. She shines both inside and out. A One-on-One Yoga session is the best gift you could give yourself or someone else."

wanted to let you know I soooooooo enjoyed the class last night,
you were positively glowing, and the energy in the hall was
just wonderful, it felt so right! Everyone was happy to be there,
I love the spaciousness and I can stretch up as high as I like.

what a gorgeous instructor you are, smiling, actually beaming
at us all through the class, and being genuinely happy with

the '100' she has her legs down so far, (verrrry difficult for
me to do) and she said "It's Julie", I said "but you're doing
it" "But I wouldn't do it without Julie" she replied. So we

wonderful, warm and inviting class that I actually look forward
to and come away from feeling so much better than when I arrived,
