Learn about the anatomy of your body, the importance of mindful, intuitive and functional movement to honour your body and prevent injury, whilst exploring yoga poses. This is a small group training of only 10 - preference will be given to those undertaking the full Yoga for Life Course.

About The Event

If you want to know more about the physical practice of yoga (Asana), the postures, "correct" alignment, how to keep yourself safe in a pose, the anatomy of the body not just from a yoga perspective but as a way of understanding your own skeleton, the shape of your pelvis, the muscles that move your bones and the ligaments and tendons that hold everything together ... then this is a great, small group training that will empower you further to understand and take care of your own body.
