Use the breath to transform the body and the mind. Restore yourself through the practice of yoga, curiosity and self inquiry.
We will also be joined by a special guest presenter to experience and enjoy chanting (Kirtan) and sound healing. We will also cover the personal practice of chanting called Mantra and explore Mudras.
Bring your open mind and curiosity to this full day workshop. In fact it is perfect for beginners or those wanting to dive a little deeper into practices not generally shared in a one hour yoga class.
This is a small group workshop and preference is given to those who undertaking the full Yoga for Life Course
Morning and Afternoon Tea is provided.
