'My Big FAB Greek Retreat'

It has been dream of mine for 10 years now to facilitate a Retreat on one of the Greek Islands and I am so happy to say plans are in place to bring this dream into a reality.   The dates are booked and we have the most perfect venue on the beautiful island of Kefalonia (also known as Cephalonia and Kefallinia).  Kefalonia is one of the largest Greek Islands and yet one of the least visited by tourists.   It is a gem in the Ionian Sea and a respite of tranquility and natural beauty.    Perfect for truly retreating away from the crowds and tourists but also putting you on the doorstep of the other amazing islands should you wish to continue your adventures.  

The allure of Greece goes beyond its stunning landscapes and iconic historic landmarks; it’s also home to a unique tapestry of wellness traditions rooted in ancient Greek philosophy. From the time of Hippocrates, considered the father of medicine, wellness has been an integral part of Greek culture, intertwining the wellbeing of the body, mind, and spirit.

As with all Lifeforce Wellbeing Retreats we will delve into the culture, the local traditions, the delicious Mediterranean cuisine (and wine) and we will create an environment over 8 days and 7 nights that truly promotes relaxation, self-discovery,  adventures, connections and plenty of fun and free time.    Apart from daily Qi Gong, Yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices in a stunning location and enjoying delicious food of course, I will be organising some fun adventures as well to deliver the full Greek experience.
