Qi Gong is a moving meditation that comes from ancient China. It is a powerful practice that is gentle and restorative incorporating both static and dynamic postures. The purpose of the practice is to release physical, mental and emotional tension in order to allow the energy of the body to circulate freely and without stagnation or blockage. This 2 day workshop on the foundations of Qi Gong includes an introduction to Chinese Medicine and the meridians. You will learn a series of movements so that you can take your practice anywhere at any time.
