Wine Women and Wellbeing Retreat

Lifeforce Wellbeing in collaboration with Vino4u invite you to join us on this inaugural WWW Retreat in the ever-changing kaleidoscope of colours of Autumn in the picturesque Adelaide Hills.  

Beginning each day with meditative Qi Gong and an invigorating Yoga Practice, we then explore the beautiful vineyards, sample the locally produced boutique wines and enjoy the incredible food from the region.  

* 4 days/3 nights in a Superior Lakeview Cabin (Twin share) at Hahndorf Resort 

* Transport to and from Adelaide City and throughout the tour in a modern air conditioned vehicle
