Some stumble across a yoga class or are dragged there by a friend - but many come seeking and searching, whether it be for answers to hard questions, a purpose for their life, a connection with their true self or relief from both physical and emotional pain. Certainly my journey began this way - I was on a search without knowing exactly what for, but I knew there was something more. This workshop and collection of workshops - Yoga for Life - encompasses the ancient traditional teachings and texts, the eight limbs of yoga, yoga philosophy, anatomy, physiology, mindfulness and Qi Gong (which i sometimes refer to as Chinese Yoga as both are ancient practices from the East and both teach mind, body, breath connection.). As there are so many perspectives out there and much of the translation will be through my own lens I encourage you to question and explore and look upon this as a foundation to support you in all facets of your life. Let's dive in.
