Zen Beach Yoga
What is Beach Yoga?
New Breath. New Horizon. A New Wave of Yoga
Beach Yoga is a gentle and yet powerful yoga flow held on the beach - incorporating mindful movement, moving meditation (Qi Gong), deep stretches and mindfulness meditation.
** Beach Yoga will return at Mudjimba Beach from Saturday 16th May- 7am - weather permitting and with limited numbers (9) so bookings are essential. Good news is that from June 13 groups of 20 are allowed!! We have also always prided ourselves on the fact that no one is ever turned away from a class and bookings have never been required - but of course now to adhere to Government restrictions bookings are essential and we are working on an effective booking system. We thank you for your understanding and patience at this time - and until we return to our new normal.**
At Zen Beach Yoga you are encouraged and supported to simply find some stillness in your mind and body so that you
can connect with your breath and enjoy precious time and space in nature on the beautiful beaches of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
From a centred and grounded space we then enjoy a gentle and restorative flow including a"Surfers Sequence" and Modern Qi Gong which is a simple and unique combination of mindful movement, breath and meditation that improves the functioning of virtually all the systems of the body - and has both preventative and curative benefits playing a crucial role in restoring harmony to the body and mind.
Our practice concludes with a deeply relaxing meditation (and special "cool" treat) to leave you revived, rejuvenated and
reconnected to what it is that is important to you.
Suitable for all levels including beginners.
(Weather permitting - we will post to the Zen Beach Yoga and Lifeforce Wellbeing Facebook pages any cancellations due to wet weather - at least 30 minutes prior)
Bring your beach towel, sunglasses and water. No mat or flexibility required.
