Our mission, through Yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates, mindful movement and meditation is to help you to keep doing the things you love, injury free, pain free and mindfully.

To provide you with a place and space you can retreat to and away from the pressures and stresses of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and your breath.

Whether it be a Yoga or Qi Gong class or a retreat to an exotic location you will be encouraged and supported to move your body, improve your posture, strengthen your core, develop awareness and cultivate a calm and peaceful mind.

WELLBEING CLASSES - Functional movement incorporating all of the above and mindfulness meditations with essential oils.

WELLBEING RETREATS - International, Australia wide and local.

  Classes are supportive, non competitive, limited in size and personal - we pride ourselves on taking care of you, empowering you to honour your own body and we endeavour to cater to your physical needs and limitations. Jules Kitchari Recipe

I recently completed a 14 day Panchakarma (Ayuvedic Cleanse) in Bali and was introduced to this delicious traditional dish that not only tastes great but makes you feel great too!  I have had many requests for the recipe so thought I would share it here.  (To be clear this is my own take on a classic)

 

Kitchari is a traditional Ayuvedic dish known for its ability to detox the body and balance the doshas.  It improves digestion, restores regular bowel movements and removes heaviness or congestion in the body.  The combination of rice and mung dahl (moong dahl) provides all the amino acids needed to form a complete protein.  The protein content of Kitchari supports stable blood sugar levels so that energy and mental clarity are balanced.
