Bring along a yoga mat or towel, a yoga strap if you have one (mats & straps available for sale at classes), a bottle of drinking water, a positive attitude & a friendly smile! Classes are designed for all age groups and both sexes. A  comprehensive health history is recorded for each client and classes are small and personal, enabling us to care for your needs and physical limitations.

Yoga: flexibility, strength, muscle tone, better digestion and circulation, calms the mind, overall feeling of wellbeing
ChiBall: The ChiBall Method™ is a unique blend of colour, aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and a synergy of six ancient and modern movement disciplines, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, ChiBall Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and Relaxation
Pilates: core strength, stability, improved posture, prevents injury, longer leaner muscles
Stretching: flexibility, decrease risk of injury, increases range of movement, improves circulation, reduces muscle tension
Qi Gong: “The mother of Tai Chi” – breathing, movement and intention
Functional Exercises:
balance, stability, neuromuscular coordination and improved quality of life
Meditation/Relaxation: reduces stress, anxiety and depression, improves concentration, calms the mind and emotions and slows the aging process!
Essential Oils: Therapeutic Grade “A” Essential Oils are applied to assist with the meditation and relaxation session at the end of each class
